Beth Barbee knows what it’s like to build something from the ground up — because she’s done it herself.
As the founder of Darwin, Beth brings more than 25 years of brand strategy experience to her work, but it’s her perspective as an entrepreneur that sets her apart. She understands the weight of limited resources, the pressure of tough choices, and the particular challenge of trying to articulate a vision clearly enough that others can see it, believe in it, and join in building it.
Before founding Darwin, Beth worked in various account management roles in local and national advertising agencies, directed brand marketing for one of the country’s largest broadband providers, and served as Chief Marketing Officer for a prominent public media organization. That breadth of experience — across agencies, corporations, and mission-driven nonprofits — gave her a rare, full-picture view of how great brands are built and what it actually takes to bring a vision to life at any stage or scale.
Today, Beth works with founders, entrepreneurs, and visionary leaders who are ready to move their brand forward through clarity and consistency of message.
